Client Services - Registered Office

Your Registered office address is important.

By law every company is required to have a Registered office where the company can accept service of documents and where the company's records can be inspected.

This address needs to be a real physical location although you need not trade from it.

Companies House and other Government Agencies will correspond with the registered office and legal notices will be sent there so it is important that you have efficient and effective processes in place to receive and deal with any mail received.

Many clients prefer to keep this address separate from their residential address.

We are able to provide a prestigious address in Bedfordshire with people on hand to deal with your post in a timely and efficient fashion.

We will forward any mail received on a same day basis and our low price includes up to 10 mailings per year.

All this at a charge of just Ł45 plus VAT per annum
