Complaint

If you have a complaint about us we have a procedure in place to handle this.

We will confirm that we have received your complaint within 48 hours. We then need time to fully investigate your complaint and take appropriate action. This will normally take us twenty working days and we will notify you of the outcome of the investigation in writing.
